Poulsbo class schedule and necessary forms:
There are two ways to register for classes. 1). The quickest way to sign up for a class is to register Online. It's a fast and easy way to secure your seat in class. A credit card will be required. Be sure to have all of your forms filled out prior to coming to the class. To get the forms you need, click the links below. 2). You may also register via snail mail. All you'll need to do is print out & fill in the student registration form below. Mail it to the address indicated on the form. Be sure to include the required deposit of $25 and your seat will be reserved. The balance must be paid prior to the 1st class. Be sure to have the student policy form filled out and bring it to the first class. To get the forms you need, click the links below.
